After 15 years working for Fahlgren in the ‘80s and ‘90s, Pete has returned to the agency as president of Fahlgren Advertising. He oversees strategy, client services and new business. The past seven years he served as Vice President of Marketing for Experience Columbus responsible for leading the development and execution of the CVB’s strategic vision and managing all marketing communications programs including brand identity, messaging, advertising, Web site, collateral materials, PR and sponsor development.

John Kirk
Senior Vice President, Creative Director
John plays a vital role as brand advertising creative director. Keeping the creative bar raised and the messaging focused is no easy task but one in which John excels. With 23 years of experience, he brings an impressive set of credentials to the agency. He has taught design at the renowned Columbus College of Art & Design and his work has been recognized in numerous awards shows including local ADDYs and New York Art Director’s Club.
Lisa Morales Cook
Director, Account Planning
With more than 20 years of branding, positioning, research and strategy experience, Lisa has defined market opportunities for healthcare, consumable, durable and commercial brands. Creative and intuitive, Lisa’s approach to research and strategy draws heavily from the social sciences, including behavioral and positive psychology, anthropology and sociology. She has applied these principles to the development of products, places, communications, markets and brands around the world.
Mark Miller
Senior Vice President, Director of Account Management
Mark began his career as an art director and has since taken on a variety of roles including account director, brand strategist and even Director of Marketing on the client side – which has given him unique insight into the needs of clients. His return to the agency side had led to the development of powerful marketing programs for leading brands such as Target, Coca-Cola, Select Comfort, Pepsi and Humana.
