Associate Creative Director/Senior Copywriter

Specific responsibilities include:
• Generate concepts/ideas and highly targeted copy for client accounts.
• Conceptualize and guide creative solutions that effectively communicate the strategic creative goals for client projects.
• Must have extensive broadcast experience.
• Presents concepts to clients.
• Contribute to the long-range creative strategies, and campaigns.
• Ensure creative products meet client strategies and goals.
• Work with creative director in development and oversight of new business creative projects; may attend new business pitches.
• Partner with senior creative staff members on brand and concept development.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff members.
• Develop copy.
• Provide direction to external collaborators, such as broadcast producers and directors.
• Keeps up to date with trends in branding, marketing, advertising, and related communications industries.

Skills & Experience Requirements
• 10+ years of advertising copywriting experience
• Proven experience in client presentations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

This position travels 50% of the time.

PRODUCTION DESIGNER

The production designer produces and makes revisions to previously deigned art layouts for material to be presented by visual communications media, such as books, magazines, newspapers, television, electronic media and packaging. In addition they will work directly with Sr. Designers and Art Directors to create additional elements of a creative campaign.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
• Assist with mock-ups and presentation preparations including boards, documents and decks.
• Designs and produces final art files that adhere to a campaign’s direction and accurately reflects the client’s brand standards.
• Designs media in a wide variety of styles that correspond to the clients’ needs.
• Interacts with art directors and other team members.
• Adheres to client budget and time constraints.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Presents new ideas to members of the team.
• Monitors projects through all phases of production.

Skills & Experience Requirements:
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, etc.
• Two or more years of work experience in the graphics design production field required.
• Familiarity with pre-press file preparation is required.
• Understanding of printing process, photography, illustration and typography preferred.

Education Requirements:
• AA/BFA in graphic design or related field from a four-year college or university required
