The product, complete with a helium-filled tank, 30 or 50 assorted vibrant color balloons, and ribbon, takes the stress out of party planning because the lightweight, disposable helium balloon kits are safe, affordable and easy to use.
We have helped Balloon Time define its market and communicate to its audiences through research, strategic marketing programs, advertising and public relations. Additionally, we have helped Balloon Time execute programs outside traditional channels to reach busy moms, such as national in-store demonstrations, product sampling, and local and regional event marketing.
